These terms govern access to and use of the online testing and assessment platform aimed at education professionals. Registering for and using the service implies full acceptance of these terms; if you do not agree, you must not register or use the platform.
The service is intended for teachers and education staff of legal age. To register you must provide truthful information and keep it up to date, and expressly accept these terms. Access may use a username and password or third-party identity providers (social networks). You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for the activity carried out with your account.
You agree to use the platform in accordance with the law, these terms and public order, and not to use it for unlawful or harmful purposes, nor to introduce content or code that could damage the systems or the rights of third parties.
The teacher using the platform is responsible for the student data they enter and for having an appropriate legal basis (including, where applicable, informing families or guardians). The names of underage students are processed in an anonymised manner, being shown and stored using only the initials of their surnames, ensuring their anonymity, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
The platform offers a free plan with usage limits and paid plans with extended features or quotas. Applicable prices and taxes are disclosed before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no refund for periods already started, without prejudice to the rights granted to the user by consumer protection law.
The software, brand, logos and proprietary content of the platform are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights and belong to the provider or its licensors. Content you create (tests, items, etc.) remains yours; you grant us only the licence necessary to provide you with the service.
We strive for the availability and security of the service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for data loss arising from improper use or from causes beyond our control.
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
We may amend these terms for legal, technical or operational reasons. Significant changes will be communicated through the usual means; continued use of the service after they take effect implies acceptance.
The relationship is of indefinite duration. You may cancel at any time from your profile or by requesting it at the contact email.
These terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law. For any dispute, and where the law allows, the parties submit to the courts of the place where the provider is domiciled, without prejudice to the jurisdiction applicable to the consumer user.
