ASBC.ES, tax ID (pendiente), registered address at GRANADA, 18000 GRANADA (GRANADA), España. Data protection contact: info@asbc.es (or info@asbc.es).
About users (teachers): identification and contact data (name, email, phone), username and credentials, school data, and usage and billing data. If you sign in via a social network, we receive your email and name from it to create or identify your account.
About students, managed by teachers: data needed for assessment (identification, group, answers to tests and sociometric questionnaires). See section 4 on minors.
We process data to: provide and manage the service and your account (performance of the contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); handle requests and communications (consent or legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(a)/(f)); billing and accounting/tax obligations (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)); and to improve and keep the platform secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
The names of underage students are always processed in an anonymised manner: the platform shows and stores only the INITIALS of their surnames, so that their anonymity is guaranteed in reports, sociograms and results. Teachers and schools are responsible for the relationship with students and their families or guardians and for informing them in accordance with applicable law.
We keep data while the account is active and the relationship is in force, and afterwards for the periods legally required (for example, tax and accounting). When no longer necessary, data is deleted or blocked in accordance with the law.
We do not sell your data. Service providers (hosting, email, payment) may access it as data processors, under the contractual safeguards required by the GDPR. If you use social sign-in, you identify yourself to the relevant provider under its own policy.
If any provider is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers will only take place with the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses).
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@asbc.es (or info@asbc.es), proving your identity. If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the relevant supervisory authority.
In particular, as a teacher you can exercise your right to erasure directly from your profile, by closing your account with the Delete everything option: this effectively removes your account and the data you entered, with the sole exception of the invoices we must keep to comply with our legal tax and accounting obligations, which are retained unlinked from your account.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data (among others, credential encryption and access control).
The site uses its own cookies necessary for its operation and, where applicable, others in accordance with the cookie notice shown while browsing.
We also use a technical cookie to remember the interface language you choose (or the one detected from your country on your first visit), so the site and our messages are shown in your language. It does not identify you and is not used for tracking; it lasts up to one year and you can delete it at any time from your browser.
We may update this policy; we will publish the current version with its update date.
